Commercial agent TWM continues its expansion with the appointment of Patricia Ward as a director of the Dublin investment team.

Ms Ward is a well-known chartered surveyor with considerable experience in the Irish investment market and particularly the office sector. As a director in the investment team at Cushman & Wakefield, she was responsible for the successful sale for Nama and receivers Duff & Phelps of Elmpark office investment to Starwood for €200 million.

Ms Ward began her career at Spain Courtney Doyle. She later moved to Treasury Holdings as senior investment manager. She also worked for a period at CBRE, where she managed global client accounts.
