Ollie Lyons of agents TWM has completed the letting of the fifth floor of Block 2 at Harbour Square in Dun Laoghaire to Recro Pharmacy.

The deal – a subletting from supermarket giants Tesco – will see the tenant occupy a total of 385 sq m (4,145 sq ft) for a term of three years for a rent of €30 per sq ft.

This deal is understood to be highest rent achieved in Dun Laoghaire since 2007.

BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for the tenants Recro Pharma, while TWM acted for Tesco in agreeing the deal.

The letting is due to expire in 2020.
