Sean has 30 years’ experience in the property industry and has worked with a number of the leading firms of property advisors in Ireland. He has worked in a number of industry sectors providing him with a range of property knowledge and experience. Over the past 20 years he has focused primarily on property investment advice and strategic asset management.
A range of deals Sean has executed include; acquisition of 76 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2 for approx. €36m on behalf of Credit Suisse. Off market acquisition of a profile office block in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 for approx. €23.5m on behalf of U&I Plc/Colony Northstar, sale of Golden Island Shopping Centre in Athlone on behalf of Tesco Ireland for approx. €43.5m. Disposal of two retail outlets on behalf of a well known lifestyle retailer on a sale and leaseback basis for approx.. €25.5m. Negotiation of lease terms on behalf of OPW in relation to Block 1, Miesian Plaza, Dublin 2 comprising over 140,000 sq. ft of office accommodation.
Sean has had articles published in many of the national newspapers as well as business magazines and journals. Sean has a Masters in Business from Trinity College and a Diploma in Arbitration.
