The collection of proof of identity & address is a requirement under the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010, as amended.

We may store your information in different places. Older physical files are stored offsite in an ISO accredited records management storage facility in Dublin. Electronic files are stored on our secure servers and on the cloud.

TWM have implemented technological and operational security policies and procedures to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or unintentional destruction.
