TWM are delighted to confirm their role as acquisition agents for Yew Grove REIT of One & Three Gateway, East Wall Road, Dublin 3. Yew Grove REIT, a new Irish Real Estate Investment Trust recently raised gross proceeds of €75m and now trades on the Dublin and London Stock Exchanges.

One & Three Gateway, purchased for €29 million offers Yew Grove a highly reversionary income with excellent covenants. The specification and quality of the buildings built by Collen Group enhanced the proposition. TWM are actively seeking further opportunities for Yew Grove.
